UTICA, N.Y. — Kelberman — a provider of autism services for children, adults, and families in the Mohawk Valley and Central New York — recently announced it has appointed Ryan Nolan as chief financial officer (CFO).

As CFO, Nolan serves as an active member of the executive management team, helping to develop and implement Kelberman’s vision and mission while ensuring financial performance and achieving organizational goals. He will be responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for Kelberman including overseeing accounting, budgetary, operational, and programmatic support to all agency programs and activities.

“As Kelberman progresses with our strategic vision for the future, we are pleased to have a strong leader guiding our fiscal practices each day,” Kelberman CEO Maria Cappoletti said in a release. “Mr. Nolan has proven to be a welcome addition to our team and has the skills and background necessary to ensure Kelberman’s continued success.”

Nolan brings 15 years of experience in the accounting field, most recently as the comptroller at the Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL).

“I am excited to have joined the team at Kelberman,” Nolan said. “I am impressed by Kelberman’s history and how the agency has grown from a family’s vision for their son to something that has positively impacted the lives of thousands of children and adults within our community. I am proud to be a part of that growth and momentum and look forward to helping shape Kelberman’s fiscal environment and development.”

Nolan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

Utica–based Kelberman offers comprehensive programming and services for people throughout all phases of life, from early childhood through adulthood, including home and community based, educational, clinical, residential, respite, and camp.
