SYRACUSE, N.Y. — KeyBank announced the promotion of Sabrina J. Webster to senior VP, commercial sales leader in Central New York.

She will be based in Syracuse. In this role, Webster will lead a team focused on adding new clients and growing existing client relationships in the commercial sector across KeyBank’s Central New York market, the bank said in a news release.

Webster joined KeyBank in 2014 as a commercial middle market relationship manager. She has worked in banking in Central New York since 1999, with prior stints at First Niagara Bank, HSBC, and Fleet Bank.

“We congratulate Sabrina on this well-deserved promotion and are excited about the energy, expertise, and experience she will bring to our commercial banking sales team,” Stephen Fournier, KeyBank Central New York market president, said in the release.

In her community activities, Webster serves as president of the board of directors of Home Headquarters, Inc., and as a board member of Mohawk Valley EDGE. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Lawrence University.
