BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — New York State Police in Binghamton on Monday night arrested a Kirkwood man after he allegedly caused more than $1,600 in damage to a person’s vehicle last month.
State Police arrested Jacob E. Priddy, age 20, for the felony of criminal mischief in the second degree.
He is accused of kicking and punching the vehicle of a resident on Burts Road in Kirkwood on March 18.

After an investigation, troopers located Priddy on Monday and arrested him at about 9 p.m. He was processed and released on an appearance to the Town of Kirkwood Court on June 17.
