Hiscock & Barclay, LLP has hired Kristy L. Fischmann as an associate in the law firm’s Syracuse office. She will focus on white-collar criminal defense and investigations, which she previously practiced in New York City at one of the nation’s largest law firms. Fischmann will also practice commercial litigation at the firm. She graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law and Utica College of Syracuse University. Fischmann currently teaches the law of economic crime at Utica College as an adjunct lecturer. She previously taught a graduate course on legal concepts of criminal fraud & corporate criminal liability.
