SYRACUSE — The market-research firm KS&R has moved its contact center to downtown Syracuse.
The center’s new location is in the Syracuse Building at 224 Harrison St. That is across the street from KS&R’s headquarters in the AXA Towers.
KS&R’s contact center had been located on Widewaters Parkway in DeWitt. Its move brings 185 employees to downtown Syracuse. KS&R’s headquarters has an additional 75 employees.

“KS&R’s decision to relocate our contact-center operations downtown is the result of a long and diligent evaluation,” KS&R Principal Joseph Snyder said in a news release. “Our new space will help us better meet our clients’ needs, promote staff collaboration, and improve processes. It demonstrates KS&R’s ongoing commitment to downtown Syracuse.”
KS&R performs market research and consulting in the technology, telecommunications, transportation, medical devices, health-care, retail, and finance/insurance industries. The company also has locations in Atlanta, Memphis, the metropolitan New York City area, Frankfurt, and Asia.
