KS&R names Reicher new board chair

SYRACUSE — Market-research firm Knowledge Systems & Research, Inc. (KS&R) today announced that its board of directors recently appointed Rita Reicher as its new board chair.

Reicher, president and a founding principal of Syracuse–based KS&R, succeeds Vince Cama, who was KS&R’s board chair since 2004, the company said in a news release.

Reicher has a Ph.D. in economics from Yale University.

KS&R, founded in 1983, says it’s a private market-research firm that creates and executes global custom market-research initiatives for companies in more than 100 countries.

With annual revenue of $26 million, KS&R says it ranks among the top 50 market-research firms in the U.S.  

KS&R has offices in the New York City area, Atlanta, Memphis, and Frankfurt, Germany, in addition to its Syracuse headquarters. The firm employs about 250 people companywide.
