Kyle Hares has been promoted to director of group sales at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Syracuse. He joined the Crowne Plaza team in 2011, as the front office manager. He was promoted to the sales department in 2012 as group sales manager. Hares graduated from SUNY Delhi with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
