She is experienced in providing customer service and administrative support. Richardson earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and provided technical support and administrative assistance at Mohawk Valley Community College for five years. She joined M. Griffith in 2016 and served as a member of the front desk reception team.
