Florack succeeds Tom Cauthorn, who retired earlier this year, the company said in a Wednesday news release.
Lifetime Benefit Solutions is an affiliate of the Rochester–based Lifetime Health Companies. It’s headquartered at 333 Butternut Dr. in DeWitt, which is also home to Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, another affiliate of Lifetime Health Companies.
For the past eight years, Florack worked at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, where she most recently served as human-resources leader. Florack also led the sales training and talent-management teams.
Prior to joining Excellus BCBS, Florack spent several years working in sales in New York City and upstate New York.
Florack will be based at the DeWitt office, the company said in an email response to a BJNN inquiry.
Lifetime Benefit Solutions employs 170 people in Rochester, DeWitt and Buffalo and serves 4,000 corporate customers in upstate New York.
