Little Falls man arrested for grand larceny for stealing from his employer

LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. — New York State Police in Fonda this week arrested Wayne A. Nethaway, Jr., 23, of Little Falls, for 4th degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

Nethaway is accused of stealing from the Target Distribution Center, where he worked. He was observed by security stealing an iPhone XS on one date and a MyPassport for Playstation 4 on another date.

Nethaway was issued an appearance ticket for the charges and released. He’s due to answer the charges in the Town of Florida court on Feb. 28.
