LongHorn Steakhouse will open restaurants in Clay and in Camillus this fall, including a 6,300-square-foot eatery at 3968 State Route 31 in Clay on Oct. 6.
The Camillus location will open later in the year, but the company hasn’t set a firm date for that opening as of now, the restaurant company said in an email message to the Business Journal News Network.
LongHorn plans to create between 160 and 200 new positions to service the two locations, according to a fact sheet the company issued Friday.

LongHorn currently operates more than 460 restaurants in 40 states.
Orlando, Fla.–based Darden Restaurants, Inc., (NYSE: DRI) owns LongHorn Steakhouse. The company also owns and operates more than 2,100 restaurants that generate over $8.5 billion in annual sales.
Its brands also include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, Eddie V’s, and Yard House, according to the Darden website.
Darden employs more than 200,000 people.
