LongHorn Steakhouse to open two Central New York locations in the fall

LongHorn Steakhouse will open restaurants in Clay and in Camillus this fall, including a 6,300-square-foot eatery at 3968 State Route 31 in Clay on Oct. 6.

The Camillus location will open later in the year, but the company hasn’t set a firm date for that opening as of now, the restaurant company said in an email message to the Business Journal News Network.

LongHorn plans to create between 160 and 200 new positions to service the two locations, according to a fact sheet the company issued Friday.
