M3 Placement & Partnership launches new website, rebranding

NEW HARTFORD — M3 Placement & Partnership last week announced the launch of a rebranding campaign, including a new website and logo.

M3 is a professional talent and training firm located in New Hartford.

The redesigned website (www.m3placement.com) outlines M3’s available services and a section enabling job seekers to apply for open positions, the firm said in a news release.

M3 worked with Seattle–based SDM Marketing to create the brand and website.

The firm hopes the site will become a portal for job seekers and serve as a resource for hiring managers in the Mohawk Valley, M3 said.

Mary Malone McCarthy, founder and CEO of M3 Placement & Partnership, says she launched the business in 2011 to help identify, train, and coach talent by connecting individuals and employers best suited to meet one another’s needs.

Before starting M3, Malone McCarthy worked for more than 15 years at Northland Communications, responsible for overseeing public relations, marketing, and customer relations, according to her bio on the firm’s website.
