In her most recent role as senior human-resources manager at Marquardt Switches, Rubenstein oversaw many aspects of human resources for the company’s North American headquarters and Michigan operations.

“We are ecstatic to have Tiffany and her wealth of experience added to the MACNY team. Tiffany’s expansive human resource background, coupled with her unique ability to identify gaps and create innovative solutions is a perfect match to assist us in our ongoing mission to provide MACNY members with the best quality service and support possible,” MACNY President Randy Wolken said in the release.

Rubenstein has an MBA from Le Moyne College and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She received her PHR designation in 2010 and will be sitting for the SPHR exam later this year.
