MACNY names Rubenstein as new director of HR services

DeWITT, N.Y. — MACNY, The Manufacturers Association, announced that Tiffany M. Rubenstein has joined as director of human-resource services. 

She will oversee all human-resource services on behalf of MACNY and its 330 members throughout New York state, the association said in a news release.

Rubenstein brings more than 12 years experience in a variety of human-resources disciplines, the release stated. That includes benefits planning and negotiations, international human resources, succession planning, training and development, wellness, professional and technical recruiting, workers’ compensation, and FMLA leave management.

In her most recent role as senior human-resources manager at Marquardt Switches, Rubenstein oversaw many aspects of human resources for the company’s North American headquarters and Michigan operations.  

“We are ecstatic to have Tiffany and her wealth of experience added to the MACNY team. Tiffany’s expansive human resource background, coupled with her unique ability to identify gaps and create innovative solutions is a perfect match to assist us in our ongoing mission to provide MACNY members with the best quality service and support possible,” MACNY President Randy Wolken said in the release.

Rubenstein has an MBA from Le Moyne College and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She received her PHR designation in 2010 and will be sitting for the SPHR exam later this year.
