Madison County Small Business Summit set for mid-January

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. — Madison County Rural Equity will present the 2025 Small Business Summit on January 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Charlton Hall at SUNY Morrisville, 80 Eaton St.

The summit will cover a wide range of topics including access to capital, regional resources for small business, government contracting, developing workforce, marketing, and a rural women in business roundtable.

There will also be opportunities for networking and one-on-one advising sessions with the local Small Business Development Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Partnership for Community Development, and WISE Women’s Business Center.

The event is open to seasoned entrepreneurs as well as those just starting out. Tickets are $25 and include lunch and refreshments. More information, including registration, is available on the event website.

Madison County Rural Equity Group is comprised of local, state, and national small-business support agencies including The HUB – Partnership for Community Development, North Central Small Business Development Center, U.S. Small Business Administration, SUNY Morrisville, SCORE Central NY, WISE Women’s Business Center, and Madison County.
