LENOX, N.Y. — Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigators recently arrested a Bouckville woman for allegedly using a forged document to defraud the county’s Department of Social Services to receive public assistance.

On Jan. 25, Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Leslie R. Bradley, age 49, and charged her with possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree (Class D felony) and offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree (Class E felony).
