SYRACUSE — U.S. Representative Daniel Maffei (D–DeWitt) today announced he is seeking feedback from business owners in Central New York on ways to spur growth and hiring.
Maffei has released a 22-question online survey that includes questions about the challenges business owners face and what they need to grow and create more jobs, Maffei’s office said in a news release.
Interested business owners can participate in the survey at Congressman Maffei’s website (www.maffei.house.gov).
“Based on the feedback we get, we can work together to find legislative and policy solutions to the challenges facing Central New York’s businesses,” Maffei said in the release.
The Democrat earlier this year met with more than 150 local business owners and economic-development leaders, seeking input on the same topic.
In April, Maffei announced a new plan aimed at creating jobs during a press conference at the Central New York Philanthropy Center in Syracuse.
