MANLIUS — The Manlius Commons shopping center was recently sold for $2.075 million, Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company announced.
The 16,000-square-foot shopping center — located at 8420 Manlius-Cazenovia Road (Route 92) in Manlius — is home to Kimberly’s Ice Cream, Immediate Medical Care, Modern Nails, Wine House, Lucky Kitchen, and Supercuts.
Lee Salvetti and William Colucci of Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage acted as the exclusive listing agent and property manager for the seller, Jefferson Pilot.
An unnamed local investor purchased the property, adding the asset to its growing portfolio of investment properties, according to a Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage news release.
