Barton & Loguidice announced that MATTHEW J. COOPER has joined the firm as a senior managing engineer in the Watertown office. He has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience, is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York, and a graduate of Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Cooper’s background includes municipal wastewater and water system projects throughout Northern New York as well as the design of numerous structures from treatment plant tanks to buildings, highways, bridges, and site development.
