Michael Cotanch has been promoted to senior sales manager at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. He has been with the hotel for 10 years, spending the last three years in the role of Crowne meeting director in the convention services department. In his new role, Contanch will be focused on sales from the sports & religious group markets. He was honored as Manager of the Quarter in 2013 and was a recipient of a CNY Sales & Marketing Excellence award in April.
