CONKLIN, N.Y. — Meier Supply Co. announced it has appointed Michael F. (Mike) Meier as its president and CEO, replacing his brother, Frank A. Meier, who is turning over the reins after 25 years of leading the company.

Mike Meier has been with Meier Supply for 33 years and during that time has learned and led every part of the company. Most recently, he was the COO.

“I step aside knowing that the company is in great hands and that Mike has the ability to take us to new heights” Frank Meier, chairman, said in a statement.

Mike’s wife, Holly and their two daughters, Nicole and Trish, all work at Meier Supply. “The girls are leading the 4th generation of the Meier family into what looks to be a promising future,” the company said.

Meier Supply is a wholesale distributor of HVAC/refrigeration products with more than 160 employees and 17 locations throughout New York and Pennsylvania. The company is 100-percent employee-owned through an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan).
