OCRRA has hired MICHAEL MOKRZYCKI as business officer. He previously worked as a manager in the audit departments of Testone, Marshall, & Discenza, LLP, and The Bonadio Group, with a focus in governmental and not-for-profit accounting. Mokrzycki is a CPA and graduated from Binghamton University.
