GHS Federal Credit Union has promoted Michael Motell to assistant branch manager of its Court Street branch, located in downtown Binghamton. He came to GHS as a teller in 2008 and quickly was promoted to processing ACH transactions and managing the credit union’s VISA Platinum credit-card program. He has a certification from the NACHA (The Electronic Payments Association) as an accredited ACH professional where he is recognized as one of 4,000 throughout the payments industry as a subject-matter expert. Motell has a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
