Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) has hired MICHAEL WALLS. He comes to RMS with a background in marketing and music education. Walls was a music teacher for more than nine years and was most recently the head marketing associate at Raymour and Flanigan. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in music education. In his new role, Walls will take the lead in preparation and management of survey mailing operations, managing data entry and filing, conducting internet research and telephone work, monitoring all general office needs, as well as conducting and recording various survey data quality audits.
