Cazenovia Equipment Company was founded in 1961 by Larry Love and originally served the farming community in the greater Cazenovia area. By 1975, Larry’s son-in-law, Bob Frazee, joined the business, and it has remained in the family ever since. Larry Love founded Cazenovia Equipment in 1961 and was joined by his son-in-law Bob Frazee in 1975, according to the company’s website. His sons Mike and Jim Frazee joined the company in 2003 and Ben in 2014.
Over the years, Cazenovia Equipment expanded from its original Cazenovia location to include additional stores in Canton, Chittenango, Clinton, Cortland, Fulton, LaFayette, Lowville, Oneonta, and Watertown.
The two companies expect the transition will be made over several months to keep the best interests of employees and customers at the forefront.
