Jared Nobbe will serve as the area general manager for SNPartners. The Frazee family will stay involved in the business to ensure a smooth transition.

The SNPartners team have seen the ups and downs of this industry and are committed to the long-term success of the business and our customers, Cazenovia Equipment VPMike Frazee said. We are confident that the legacy weve built will continue in good hands.

Cazenovia Equipment Company was founded in 1961 by Larry Love and originally served the farming community in the greater Cazenovia area. By 1975, Larrys son-in-law, Bob Frazee, joined the business, and it has remained in the family ever since. Two of Bobs sons, Mike and Jim, joined the business in 2003, followed by his third son, Ben, joining in 2014.

Larry Love founded Cazenovia Equipment in 1961 and was joined by his son-in-law Bob Frazee in 1975, according to the companys website. His sons Mike and Jim Frazee joined the company in 2003 and Ben in 2014.

Over the years, Cazenovia Equipment expanded from its original Cazenovia location to include additional stores in Canton, Chittenango, Clinton, Cortland, Fulton, LaFayette, Lowville, Oneonta, and Watertown.

The two companies expect the transition will be made over several months to keep the best interests of employees and customers at the forefront. Customers should expect the same customer service with an expanded investment in parts and equipment availability, service technician expertise, and field support, per the release.

SNPartners formed through the merger of Sydenstricker Implement Company and William Nobbe & Company, both multi-generation, family-owned John Deere businesses. The company maintains corporate offices in Columbia, Missouri; Waterloo, Illinois; and St. Charles, Missouri.
