Midwest company to acquire Cazenovia Equipment

CAZENOVIA, N.Y. — Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners (SNPartners) announced it will acquire Cazenovia Equipment, currently owned by the Frazee family, and all 10 locations of the agricultural and other equipment dealer.

Terms of the sale, set to close on June 1, were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of SNPartners initiative to scale its business as a family-owned, full-service John Deere dealer group. The company currently operates 28 locations in Missouri and Illinois.

We are proud to share a legacy as a family-owned business with the Cazenovia team and understand the value theyve brought to the state, SNPartners CEO Ted Briscoe said in a press release. Our mutual commitment to providing excellent customer service and outstanding parts and service will ensure the communitys needs are not only met but exceeded.

Jared Nobbe will serve as the area general manager for SNPartners. The Frazee family will stay involved in the business to ensure a smooth transition.

The SNPartners team have seen the ups and downs of this industry and are committed to the long-term success of the business and our customers, Cazenovia Equipment VPMike Frazee said. We are confident that the legacy weve built will continue in good hands.

Cazenovia Equipment Company was founded in 1961 by Larry Love and originally served the farming community in the greater Cazenovia area. By 1975, Larrys son-in-law, Bob Frazee, joined the business, and it has remained in the family ever since. Two of Bobs sons, Mike and Jim, joined the business in 2003, followed by his third son, Ben, joining in 2014.
