BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Mirabito Holdings, Inc. announced it has hired David Bonczek as its chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Jerry Canny, who retired effective on Tuesday.

Bonczek began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP and then held various corporate financial-management positions including most recently as the CFO for Northern Tier Energy LP, according to his LinkedIn page.

A graduate of Binghamton University, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Bonczek resides in the Binghamton area with his wife Monica and their two children.

The Mirabito Family of Companies says it operates in eight states with multiple divisions. Its corporate offices are located in the MetroCenter in Binghamton.
