UTICA, N.Y. — Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) will host a criminal-justice career expo from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Oct. 18 in the Jorgensen Center Field House on its Utica campus.
The expo is designed to expose current students and community members to career possibilities in criminal justice. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with various employers, branches of law enforcement, and MVCC faculty and alumni about specific career topics including agency requirements, hiring processes, employment outlooks, and more.
The event includes a variety of demonstrations including K-9s, drones, and crime-scene analysis.
