Nancy H. Noonan was recently hired by Solvay Bank as the branch manager of the new Solvay Bank, DeWitt branch. She comes to Solvay Bank with 30 years experience in the financial industry, most recently, as branch manager with First Niagara Bank. Noonan is a graduate of Syracuse University.
