Nancy Kern Eaton

The United Way of CNY has appointed NANCY KERN EATON as its new president. She comes to the United Way with more than 20 years of experience in the local not-for-profit sector, most recently with ARISE Child & Family Services, where she served in several senior leadership positions for the past seven years. Eaton has significant volunteer experience with the United Way of CNY dating back to 1999. She will begin on July 10, allowing for an “orderly transition” from current President Frank Lazarski, who will be retiring at the end of August after a 14-year career with the United Way, the organization said.
