LYONS FALLS, N.Y. — The Lewis County Development Corporation, administered by Naturally Lewis, Inc., and Lewis County have partnered to request expressions of interest for the redevelopment of the former Lyons Falls School.

“The Lyons Falls School Redevelopment is an exciting opportunity to be part of the revitalization of downtown Lyons Falls” Brittany Davis, executive director of Naturally Lewis Inc., said in the announcement. “We look forward to receiving expressions of interest to transition the former school into a mixed-use development that will honor its history and continue its legacy as a key landmark in the Village for years to come.”

With this request for expressions of interest, Naturally Lewis, Inc. and Lewis County are “empowering residents with the resources to revitalize vacant properties in our community. By taking an active role in the redevelopment process, residents have the opportunity to breathe new life into these underutilized spaces, ensuring they continue to serve as valuable assets for generations to come,” per the announcement.
