NBT Bank

DAVID HARRIS, WILLIAM HUBA, and DANIELLE SMITH have been promoted to VP at NBT Bank. Harris, commercial-banking relationship manager, joined NBT Bank in 1999. He is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with the bank’s commercial customers throughout Chenango and Delaware Counties. Harris earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from SUNY Oneonta and associate degree in business administration from SUNY Cobleskill. Huba, deputy Bank Secrecy Act and sanctions officer, joined NBT Bank in early 2016. He oversees NBT’s senior anti-money laundering investigation team and staff managing the legal, disclosure, and discovery processes to minimize the banking company’s exposure to regulatory, operational, and reputational risk. Huba has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego and is currently pursuing an MBA from Grantham University in Kansas. He is a graduate of the FBI Academy, the New York State Police Academy, and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Smith, call center manager, has been with NBT since 1999. Smith leads NBT Bank’s call center team. She earned her associate degree in business administration from SUNY Morrisville and has earned certification in effective contact center management from the International Customer Management Institute.
