SYRACUSE, N.Y. — COVID-19 relief grants totaling $350,000 will benefit 39 Syracuse small businesses and organizations as their operations continue during the ongoing pandemic.  The Syracuse Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) awarded the funding, Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced Feb. 25.
