Alex Nielsen and his mother Tammy Nielsen, co-owners of Country Glazed, with a dozen of their fresh-made donuts. The mother-son team, along with Nielsen's father, Kirk, own and operate the pastry/coffee shop at 276 State Route 49 in Cleveland. Nielsen purchased a new property at 548 South Main St. in Central Square that they are renovating and will be moving into in April. The shop, which opened in the summer of 2022, serves fresh daily-made donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and offers catering. (Erin Zehr/CNYBJ)
