NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — The Weichert Realtors Campion-Weeks agency of New Hartford will merge with RealtyUSA, effective Thursday.
RealtyUSA, which currently operates a sales office at 147 Genesee St. in New Hartford, plans to consolidate that office into the nearby Weichert Realtors Campion-Weeks office at 141 Genesee St., RealtyUSA said in a news release issued Tuesday.
RealtyUSA didn’t release any terms of its deal with Weichert Realtors Campion-Weeks.

The consolidated offices will now have a total of 30 agents, RealtyUSA said.
RealtyUSA, which is based in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville, describes itself as the largest independent real-estate company in New York state with more than 67 offices and about 2,300 agents and employees.
The company in 2014 handled more than 21,000 transactions totaling $3.5 billion in sales.
The firm’s markets include the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Northern New York, Utica, Binghamton, and Albany regions, along with Montrose, Pennsylvania.
