LANSING  —  BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. has opened a new Ithaca-area location in the village of Lansing.

The store, which is 85,000 square feet, is located at 40 Graham Road West. It launched with a soft opening on Jan. 21 and will hold its grand opening on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29, according to BJ’s, which announced the Lansing opening along with new stores in Gainesville, Va. and Deer Park, on Long Island.

BJ’s opened the new stores to meet consumer demand, according to a company news release. They join 192 other BJ’s locations in 15 states.

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. operates warehouse clubs in the eastern United States. The company is headquartered in Westborough, Mass.
