New state office to oversee Micron’s $100 billion investment

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Jan. 10 announced the Governor’s Office of Semiconductor Expansion, Management, and Integration, or GO SEMI. The office will oversee Micron Technology’s $100 billion investment in an upcoming semiconductor campus in Clay and developing the state’s semiconductor industry.
