Rausch took the oath of office on Feb. 10 during the NYSAR inauguration ceremony held in Albany.

Rausch was president of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors (GSAR) in both 2012 and 2013. In that same time, she also served on the group’s board of directors and several of its committees.

GSAR in 2012 named Rausch its Broker/Manager of the Year, according to NYSAR.

In addition, Rausch serves on several NYSAR statewide committees including professional standards, grievance, and education.

She currently serves on NYSAR’s executive committee, organizational-planning committee and this year’s board of directors, according to NYSAR.

The New York State Association of Realtors is a nonprofit trade organization representing more than 47,000 of New York’s realtors.
