SYRACUSE – Syracuse-based O’Brien & Gere has acquired the remaining 55 percent ownership of the architecture and engineering firm Lindbergh & Associates of North Charleston, S.C.
The acquisition creates O’Brien & Gere’s third largest office in the U.S. The company said the location will strengthen and diversify its markets in the Southeast and continue a strong federal services program.
Lindbergh & Associates was founded in 1982. It provides planning, design, and management services for federal ,state, municipal, and commercial clients throughout the U.S. Services include architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, structural engineering, land surveying, civil engineering, master planning, and construction management.
Engineering firm O’Brien & Gere employs 850 people at 30 offices throughout the country.
