CLAY, N.Y. — With Micron’s site-prep work underway, the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) is reminding Central New Yorkers that the White Pine Commerce Park in Clay is now an “active pre-construction site.”

That’s according to Robert Petrovich, director of economic development for Onondaga County and executive director of OCIDA.

“Only authorized individuals are allowed on site for the safety of the public and those working on the site. Signage is posted throughout the site as well,” per a media advisory that OCIDA issued Monday.

Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) officials on April 28 visited the site and announced that environmental-survey work on the property is underway.
