SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency (OCRRA) announced it has appointed three new members to its board of directors. Joining the OCRRA board are Jessi Lyons, Jeanne Powers, and Ashley Wilson.
Lyons is a farm coordinator at the Brady Faith Farm and founding member of Syracuse Grows. She received her master’s degree in landscape architecture from SUNY-ESF and her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Southern Oregon State University.
Powers is an environmental engineer in Onondaga County’s Water Environment Protection Department, overseeing water quality and engineering. She received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University.
Wilson is the executive director of the Onondaga County Democratic Committee. She received her master’s degree in public administration from Cornell University and her bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Syracuse University.
