OCWA – Central New York’s Water Authority recently announced several new senior-leadership changes for 2024. ANDREW WEISS has been named director of technical services and will oversee OCWA’s information technology department, in addition to continuing his senior leadership of the authority’s engineering department. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and board-certified environmental engineer (BCEE).

OCWA has also named MEGAN THOMAS as general counsel and director of external engagement. In addition to her legal duties, Thomas, an attorney, will oversee the business office, meter reading, and meter repair.

In the final leadership change, OCWA announced that TIFFANY LATINO-GERLOCK will add public education to her current responsibilities as its director of communications and government affairs.
