UTICA, N.Y. — Coronavirus cases are rising across Oneida County, led by private gatherings and parties. The county on Monday reported that it had 284 cases in the last week, bringing its total to 3,106.

Amid the rise, possible public exposures to the virus are also increasing. Recent possible exposures include several area stores, bars, and restaurants. The details follow:
