GEDDES, N.Y. — The Lakeview Amphitheater produced an operating profit of $150,247 on total operating revenue of $4.2 million for the 11 months ending Nov. 30, according to the Onondaga County government.
The Lakeview Amphitheater, located in the town of Geddes and managed by Philadelphia-area–based SMG, on Thursday delivered interim financial statements to Steve Morgan, chief fiscal officer for Onondaga County, the county said in a news release.
“We are pleased that the Lakeview Amphitheater has generated strong operating revenues and posted a profit in its very first full season,” Morgan said in the release. “Lakeview Amphitheater management utilized its working capital very efficiently and as a result, the 2017 county budget does not include any funds for operating the Lakeview Amphitheater.”
Final financial statements for the Lakeview Amphitheater’s fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2016 will be delivered to Onondaga County Comptroller Robert Antonacci and the county’s outside auditor before the March 24, 2017 deadline, Onondaga County said.
