Oswego Health announces new director of The Manor, Springside at Seneca Hill

OSWEGO, N.Y. — Oswego Health says it has hired Leigh Hilgenberg as the new executive director and administrator of both The Manor and Springside at Seneca Hill.

The Manor is Oswego Health’s 120-bed skilled-nursing facility, and Springside at Seneca Hill is a local independent retirement community. Both facilities are located in Oswego.

Hilgenberg is a licensed nursing-home administrator, the organization said. She’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of resident care and services at both facilities.

For the past decade, Hilgenberg has devoted her career to quality management, Oswego Health said. As a licensed nursing-home administrator and licensed master social worker, she has worked as a social worker, director of social services, and assistant administrator of several skilled-nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.

Hilgenberg earned her master’s degree in social work from Syracuse University in 2011 and her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Richmond in Virginia.
