Oswego Health appoints two new senior-care leaders

Saternow will also assist seniors needing skilled-nursing care or those who may need physical therapy, occupational therapy, or nursing services offered by Oswego Health Home Care or any other Oswego Health entity. In addition, she will provide tours to those interested in living in one of Springside’s apartments, duplexes, or cottage homes.

Saternow is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and most recently worked at the college’s office of business and community relations. She also has real-estate experience.

About Cali

Cali, Springside’s new director of operations, has worked for the health system for the past 10 years, “advancing in his career during his tenure,” Oswego Health said.

He initially provided home care and would later deliver care at Oswego Hospital’s emergency department as an emergency department technician and eventually senior emergency department technician.

Last year, he decided to make a career change and was appointed Springside’s executive chef. In this position, Oswego Health took note of both his cooking skills and his management abilities, the organization said.

Cali is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s culinary program, which is located in Rhode Island.
