OWEGO, N.Y. — Brickhouse Pizza Company will formally celebrate its grand opening in Owego in mid-January.
Owned by the Tricolla family, Brickhouse Pizza offers authentic wood-fired, brick-oven pizzas along with calzones, oversized sandwiches, meatballs, and more. The family brings 40 years of pizza-making experience to the business.
Based in Berkshire, the family also owns the Tricolla Farms wedding and event barn venue in Berkshire.
Brickhouse Pizza is currently open daily for lunch and dinner.
Brickhouse Pizza Company will formally mark its opening with a ribbon cutting on Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. at the restaurant, 711 Route 17-C in Owego, the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce said.
