Paragon Environmental Construction Inc.

Paragon Environmental Construction Inc. (PEC) announced the newest addition to its corporate portfolio, Paragon Masonry LLC, a new concrete and masonry business based in Brewerton, and has named John Rubar managing director of the new company. He has 25 years experience in the concrete and masonry business, covering a wide range of categories from concrete foundations, slabs and sidewalks to cultured stone, real stone masonry, and all aspects of brickwork. Joining the management team of Paragon Masonry are two experienced industry veterans: Frank Miller, superintendent for Paragon Masonry, offering 28 years of experience in the masonry field, and Tim Forsythe, an additional superintendent, bringing 17 years experience in the concrete field.
