Oswego–based Pathfinder Bank (Nasdaq: PBHC) on Nov. 14 started operations at this branch office at 506 W. Onondaga St. in Syracuse. It’s the bank’s second branch in Syracuse and fourth in Onondaga County. The office occupies the renovated George C. Hanford House, a structure built in the early 20th century for George C.
